Pizza Nova Restaurant in Toronto

I never seen myself going back to a pizza nova again after my last two orders when your store send me a broken a smash pizza and twenty burn wing that was my worst experience from any delivery ever

I have been going here for years and their service has never changed. Excellent food made with the highest care and the customer service is always amazing also. The store is clean and you can see the prep area in the back very clearly. I live 5 minutes away from a Pizza Nova and its gross. Food is not made well and the staff are brutes. I actually travel out of my way to get my food from the other location, and would pay extra if I could get delivery from them to my place. HIGHLY Recommend.

Best franchise Pizza with creative slices, and creative doughs. I recommend pizza nova to everyone. I especially recommend the jane and wilson location because the crew tjat works there is very friendly and speedy. I usually order a party size pizza with various toppings. The crew at jane and wilson somehow recognize me and are familiar with my order which is a nice touch.

Pizza hut used to be a solid option for slices.....but now the dough is about the thickness of a cardboard box of nuggets. No joke, it's pathetic, but one of the saving graces, is the veal. Very good and one of the best I've had in a long time. The panzos are also good. I will post a picture of the crust on the slice I'm talking about. If you do like the pizza than I highly suggest getting extra thick and go for a full pie, it obvious they are cutting corners.

Very unacceptable. Terrible pizza. I ordered Hawaiian Pizza TWO DAYS IN A ROW and the pizzas were burnt. Felt like I was eating A cardboard BOX. The cheese was peeling off within one bite.

On time, good staff. I remember when it was a sit down

7 out of the 9 people in here were not wearing masks, i only 1 wearing a mask making the pizza and an older gentleman that came out from tne back.The rest were not, including the older lady/manager. All these people leave work and transport themselves home and wherever else then, they come back to work and wear no maaks or gloves when handling food. No consideration and absolute ignorance. Thank god i recorded it and will report them to the city for putting other people's lives in danger. no shame.

Today June 24/ 2020 9 pm I went y get a combo, and after u payed, I saw on the menu that this place sells chicken wings from chicken raised without antibiotics, and I asked the girl about and she answered me really bad No manners whatsoever, she say that post is for you guys to read I don’t need to know it, is not my Concern. And started to punch things in the counter been very disrespectful and rude. Terrible someone working on a place with out know the minimum information about the menu and what they sell to the costumers??? Very disappointing experience and the rudest costumer service I ever Had meet I Don' recommend this placero anyone.

Nice services

Pizza slices from Pizza Nova. Really good! Crunchy crust under and soft top with lovely topping of italian meats and italian hot peppers. Also, added free toppings of chili oil, basic and garlic. Staff was helpful.

Great for a quick slice! The service is a little slow as it seems they're booked up with online orders.

Love the people behind the counter, they are the reason I come back. Service is always good. The best part is when a mistake is made they own up to it and fix it without an issue.

It's odd, but every time I have ordered from here my wife and I get upset stomachs. This never happens with other pizza Nova locations. Will not be ordering from here again. The service is good (incl delivery).

We had an excellent time at this restaurant. We liked the superb atmosphere and the menu. The staff are very attentive. I am happy we ultimately decided to visit this restaurant.

I really enjoyed their gluten-free pizza. The vegan cheese is also great. I like places that offer many choices that fit all kinds of dietary needs.

I used to like buying the slice of pizzas at Pizza Nova a few months ago. I decided to give this store a try on Monday. The pizza that i got was burnt. The staff is OK. I am so disappointed of the food at this store.

I Love their signature pizza, especially the chicken Florentine 😍 . A lil more expensive than pizza pizza but its worth it. Amd the staff is more friendly by far.

I highly recemond this location! This restaurant is staffed with a lot of workers to ensure the service is speedy. The staff here is always friendly, they always ensure the restaurant is spic and span. You can definitely expect a great tasting pizza, and a generous amount of toppings.
